Before you buy
How long is the free trial, and do I need a card?
Fourteen days, starting automatically when you create an account — no card required. It includes 5 AI credits and up to 2 connected accounts, with posting and scheduling.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged. The trial does not auto-renew and does not convert into a subscription. Generation, scheduling and publishing pause until you choose a paid plan; your saved posts and connected accounts are retained.
How do I cancel?
Yourself, in a few seconds: open the “Manage subscription” link in any billing email from Creem and click Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of your initial purchase, as long as it is still unused — no AI generations used and no posts published. Once you have generated AI content or published posts, the purchase is treated as used and is non-refundable, except where a technical fault prevented you from using the Service or where the law requires otherwise. Do I need my own API keys?
Not for the nine included platforms. X is the one exception — an optional add-on where you connect your own X developer app and X bills you directly for what you post, because X removed its free API tier in 2026. Threads is coming soon.
Where do my social account credentials live?
On our servers, never in your browser — third-party credentials are handled server-side and API keys are never exposed to the client. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Content you submit may be sent to OpenAI, fal.ai, Supabase and Netlify strictly to perform the task you asked for. Details in the Privacy Policy.
