These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of POST-BASE (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

POST-BASE is a social media cross-posting tool that lets you compose content once and schedule or publish it to multiple connected social platforms, with optional AI-generated captions, images, and videos, plus scheduling and analytics features.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, billing & payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia). By subscribing, you authorize Creem to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

By purchasing, you request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that AI generation is delivered the moment you use it. To the extent permitted by law, once you begin using the paid features — for example, generating an AI image or video, or publishing a post — performance has begun and any statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off) no longer applies. Refunds are then governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, under which a purchase remains refundable within 14 days only while it is unused (no AI generations used and no posts published).

4. Free trial (beta)

We offer a free 7-day trial that begins automatically when you create an account — no card required. It includes a limited allowance of AI generation (currently 5 images) plus connecting up to 2 accounts, posting and scheduling. The free trial does not auto-renew or convert into a subscription. When the 7 days end, access to generation, scheduling and publishing pauses until you choose a paid plan; your saved posts and connected accounts are retained. You are charged only if you choose and confirm a paid plan.

5. AI-generated content

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated captions, images, and videos before publishing.
• AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected; we provide it "as is" with no guarantee of suitability.
• You must not use AI features to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

To protect users and comply with our payment provider's requirements, text prompts submitted to our AI image and video generators are screened for policy violations before any content is generated.

5.1 Prohibited content — no adult / NSFW material

You may not use POST-BASE — including its AI image, AI video, and caption generators — to create, upload, request, store, or distribute:

• Sexually-oriented, adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including AI-generated content — such as nudity intended to be sexually gratifying and sexually suggestive depictions. The generation of such content with our AI image or video tools is expressly forbidden.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor in a sexualized manner (child sexual abuse material — CSAM). This is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery, "revenge porn," or sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent.
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation outputs of any kind that depict a real, identifiable person without their consent — and sexualized deepfakes or synthetic media that place a real person in sexual, explicit, or otherwise compromising contexts.
• Content that sexualizes violence, or that is otherwise obscene, hateful, harassing, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity.

Violating this section is a material breach of these Terms. We may block prompts, remove content, and suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or the terms of any connected social platform.
• Post spam, hateful, infringing, or illegal content.
• Generate or distribute adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexual, or sexually explicit content, or any other content prohibited by Section 5.1.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to impersonate others or send unsolicited bulk content.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party social networks (such as TikTok, TikTok Business, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, and X). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms, including the suspension of your accounts.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create. POST-BASE and its branding, software, and design remain our property. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, specific reach or engagement, or that scheduled posts will always be delivered by third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POST-BASE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
